Clubs that run rated games 11

Rated chess around Milan is organised mostly by the clubs themselves, and these are the ones whose pages show rated events. Accademia Scacchi Milano holds its club championship and FIDE-rated youth tournaments in Via De Amicis; Chess Projects organises youth tournaments and a December open; Mimosa International and the Moto Club share a run of evening events and seasonal festivals; the Scacchistica Milanese hosts the Crespi international open every December.

Further out, Cavalli & Segugi plays a seven-round autumn open in Robecchetto con Induno, Famiglia Legnanese has hosted a regional youth tournament and a simultaneous exhibition in Villa Cortese, La Mongolfiera holds rapid tournaments at Villa Volontieri in Vimercate, Mikhail Tal Lentate organised a rapid open in Seregno, La Torre has announced a new competitive section in Canegrate, and Accademia Scacchi Lissone ran its first lightning trophy in December 2025. Entry normally needs a federation card and registration in advance on the organiser’s page.
